LabCandy, LLC strives to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site; however, LabCandy, LLC cannot and does not guarantee that your monitor's display of the colors is accurate.
LabCandy, LLC reserves the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same credit card, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied.
If an item is out of stock, LabCandy, LLC may, in its sole discretion and at no extra cost to you, substitute another item for the out-of-stock item if LabCandy, LLC, in its sole discretion, determines that the identical product is available in a form that is of equal or greater value.
LabCandy LLC’s acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. LabCandy, LLC makes a conscientious effort to describe and display its products and services accurately on the Site. Despite these efforts, a small number of items on the Site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Site. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability and the price before an item is shipped. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the Site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
We hope you’ll love our products! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we will accept for return your undamaged, unused item provided it is returned to us in accordance with the following conditions: Within thirty (30) days from the shipping date of your merchandise, please contact us at labcandyorders@gmail.com. When you email, please ask for a return authorization and include in your email the name and address to which your item was shipped, and the name and address to where you would like your refund amount sent. Be sure to include the words “RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST” in the “RE” line of your email. Your item must be returned to us in its original packaging in 100% re-saleable condition. There is a fifteen dollar ($15.00) service charge applicable to all returns, and such service charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
Please package your return properly. Note your Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return shipping mailer and send the package securely wrapped and postage pre-paid, to: LabCandy LLC, 2200 North George Mason Drive, #7103, Arlington, VA 22207.
All shipping and handling charges (original and return) are non-refundable.
Please remember that LabCandy, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue you a refund check or process your applicable credit amount via PayPal, at our discretion. Please allow for an additional thirty days from our receipt of your returned merchandise for this process.
No merchandise will be accepted for return after thirty (30) days from its shipping date. Credit will not be issued on worn or used products. No return merchandise will be credited without a return authorization issued by LabCandy.
For International Shipments (including Canada): We do not accept returns for items shipped outside the US, because it is prohibitively expensive to ship to and from international addresses. Please keep this in mind if you are an international customer.
